Based in Thurso, this event is designed to act as a showcase for amateur, student and low budget film makers - it's not a competition.

Entries accepted on DVD, DVD-R, DVD+R, VideoCD, MiniDV (PAL or NTSC) or SUPER 8MM.
NTSC and Super 8mm entries may have to be transfered by CROSSWATER PICTURES for this event. The entrant will not be a charged for this but the copy will remain the property of Crosswater Pictures.

  • CATEGORY A:________Short film - 25 minutes or less.
  • CATEGORY B:________Short Feature / Featurette - 25 minutes to 79 minutes
  • CATEGORY C:________Full Length Feature Film - 80 to maximum 125 minutes

And no excuses about distance, Thurso is an international destination.
