2009 is the inaugural year and they hope to continue in a similar way.

They are looking for the world's best experimental amateur movie under 30 minutes It is a movie/ video competition that seeks to expand the envelope of short movies. It is an opportunity to express your creativity without being bound by tradition. The title comes from the first prize: 1,000 Australian dollars.

Entry fee 25 Australian dollars. Entries should be provided on DVD, Blu-Ray, mini DV or mini HDV. VHS, beta or film will not be accepted. PAL preferred but NTSC can be handled. Multiple entries allowed but only one per tape or disc.
