Based in Bitola, Macedonia, the festival is in its 17th year of celebrating short amateur documentary films.

Entries accepted on DVD, VCD, S-VHS or VHS. Maximum length 15 minutes. No limit on the number of entries. There is no entry fee and movies will be returned by mid December. Prizes include medals, certificates and sponsors' awards.
