This is an important celebratory festival of films by people aged 19 or under. No prizes are awarded but screenings of 100 entries at the National Media Museum are extremely popular and well attended ... you can join a mailing list on their website to be kept up to date with news.

Send films on DVD. Maximum length 6 minutes - and they prefer those under 3 minutes long. Films may be in any language. Their website has lots of advice and hints for young film makers.
