The World Heritage Town of Évora plays host to the festival which is a meeting place of People and Cultures.

Entries up to 40 minutes (including credits), produced after January 1st, 2009, in 16mm, 35mm and Video (Betacam SP or DVCAM, PAL system).

All the works must be subtitled in English or French. No entry fee.

Includes a special competition for comedy films.
