Arrangements and dates are similar each year.

This has long been a favourite of British film and video makers. The festival has had several venues but is now in the plush St.James Cavalier, Valletta, Malta. It is a long-running and very famous international film festival for amateurs on the hospitable island of Malta. Those who have seen Oskar Siebert's film The Little Knight will know how impressive the venue is and how that film maker enjoyed the occasion ... despite being held by the police for a few hours because he had photographed the American embassy !
