Arrangements and dates are similar each year.
International festival of non commercial Films held in Klopeiner See, Southern Carinthia, Austria. This week long festival has a strong reputation for its social events as well as super movies. They accept entries in any language but prefer German or English.

Entries on PAL VHS, S-VHS or MiniDV. Maximum length 20 minutes. (There is also a 1-minute movie competition.) No limit on subjects.

Entry fee 15 Euros or 20 US dollars.
