Festival: 14th November 2009 at the popular holiday town of Rijeka by the Adriatic Sea.

Arrangements and dates are similar each year.

The film and video club Liburnija-film in Croatia organises the festival. It is open to all videos up to 20 minutes. The best film in KRAF is awarded a Grand Prix. There are several other awards. The best films will be screened in November.

The films must have English subtitles and be on digital 8, VHS, S-VHS, Betacam SP, mini DV or DVD.  More than one entry may be on each tape or disc.
