This festival; is run by the Lydton-Video-Club and accepts movies up to 20 minutes in 4:3 or 16:9 PAL Mini-DV format.

No restriction on subject.

Most prizes are sent at foreign participants, with exception of special prices. (Even German film makers have to attend the event to receive the special prizes.)
