The Academic Cinema Club presents the 22nd International Film Festival - you can find complete information in English on the official web-site:

Entrants must be over 16. Films up to 30 minutes. The film has to have been made in 2007, 2008 or 2009 and not entered in OSFAF previously.

As many entries as you like - all on one tape of DVD if you like but you need a form for each one.

If you have dialogue subtitle it in English, French or Macedonian. No entry fee.
