Arrangements and dates are similar each year.

Now more than 40 years old this festival accepts entries on VHS, S-VHS, DVD or VCD and no longer than 20 minutes.

Free choice of subject. Films should be not more than three years old. Languages: Polish, German and English. No entry fee.
