31st Argentine Days of Cinema and Independent Video held in Villa Gesell.

Our Spanish is limited but this competition run by the Argentine equivalent of the IAC specialises in films under 30 minutes long.

They should have been made since 2006, may be on any subject. Entries should initially be on DVD in PAL format for pre-selection. If chosen for screening they would prefer DV or MiniDV copies.

If we have interpreted correctly people outside Argentina participate in a section called "Invitation" and pay no entry fee.

The main prize is the kit and materials to make a 16mm production.
