Annual competition and festival of non-commercial film. They welcome entries from individuals and groups anywhere in the world. Judges' comments are sent to all entrants. Entries must have been completed within the last three years.

Despite the practical problems of organising an event which is both reasonably accessible and priced for members all over the USA, the organisation is committed to continuing its competition.

The festival accepts payment in dollars or pounds. Entry fee 8 GBP for non-members plus 6 GBP return postage. Each additional entry 4 GBP for non-members. Slight reduction for students. Consider joining AMPS for just 6GBP and entering at member rates of 5GBP for the first entry and 3GBP for 2nd, 3rd etc

Maximum length 30 minutes except for the short comedy category where maximum length is 5 minutes. They accept miniDV and DVD formats. Check rules for other restrictions.
