We are delighted to announce that the 15th CROATIAN MINUTE MOVIE CUP will
take place on May 25-26, 2007 in Požega, Croatia. We hope to receive
your entries and also hope you'll be able to be our guests personally during
the festival. Please tell all your friends and people you know who might
be interested in making one minute films and participating in our festival.

In 2007 a new offer: spend a week in the Golden Valley from May 20 to 27th
2007. The fertile valley round Pozega has been celebrated for its beauty,
productivity and wines since Roman times.
Seven nights (breakfast included). Single room 40 Euros (£26.50) per
person, per night. Double room 30 Euros (£20) per person, per night.
Congress card (festival super-ticket) 145 Euros (£96) which covers 4
excursions (bus, guide, entrance tickets), 6 lunches, 3 suppers and festival
materials. [Flights from Gatwick or Heathrow about £180 return, from
Luton around £100.]

REGULATIONS

15th CROATIAN MINUTE MOVIE CUP is organised by GFR FILM-VIDEO and the Croatian
Film Association and will take place on May 25 - 26, 2007 in Požega,
Croatia.

The festival is open to all foreign and Croatian film/video makers over 16
who are allowed to send an unlimited number of entries.

The videos must not be longer than 60 seconds (including all titles and sound).

Entries can be in the PAL system on miniDV, DV, DVCam, CDROM (AVI-Microsoft
DV compression) and DVD.
You can send several videos on one cassette or CD-ROM. The beginning of
each entry must be properly marked with 15 seconds of black blank without
any sound.

Pre-selection will be done by a jury appointed by the organisers. The Grand
Prix and 3 best entries in the official programme will be awarded by an
international jury of film/video experts with valuable prizes as well as
medals and diplomas. There is a special prize for promoting solidarity between
nations or using new forms of expression, which will be given by UNICA. One
prize will be given by audience vote.

Entries will be projected in the best technical and security conditions and
returned (except CD-ROMs and DVDs) within 30 days after the festival. Return
postage fees will be paid by the organisers.

The organisers may use entries for strictly non-commercial purposes to promote
the festival and make copies for the archives when authorised by the film
maker.

The organisers invite the film makers whose entries are in the official programme
to come to the festival and offer them free board and accommodation (May
24-27, 2007) but cannot cover travelling expenses. All other film makers
are also invited to come and will receive favourable deals.

The deadline for receiving your entries and entry forms is April 13, 2007
(all deliveries should be marked "no commercial value - for cultural purposes
only").
