The timing and arrangements are similar each year, end January closing and end March Festival.

It started in 1991 as a local affair - aiming to have a happy, friendly evening celebrating amateur film. It is a regular date for movie makers from Orpington to Bristol. Entries have been received from as far apart as Scotland, Spain and Australia. The home club says:
"You provide the films. We put on the show and the grub. And we always put on a good spread too."

Maximum length 5 minutes. Entry fee five pounds plus return postage. Categories: animation / comedy / documentary / drama / holiday-travelogue / open / natural history- wildlife / youth (under 18s). Most formats accepted. HD on MiniDV tape only.
