Festival: 3rd December 2011 at the popular holiday town of Rijeka by the Adriatic Sea.

Arrangements and dates are similar each year.

The film and video club Liburnija-film in Croatia organises the festival. It is open to all videos more than 1 minute and up to 10 minutes. The best film in KRAF is awarded a Grand Prix. There are several other awards. The best films will be screened in November.

The films must have English subtitles and be on DVD.  More than one entry may be on each tape or disc.
