Festival: 25th March - 5th April 2013

The festival is for "exciting and innovative films made both FOR and BY children and young people from Britain and across the world." Entries should have been completed in 2011 and 2012.

The majority of the people involved in the production of the film must be aged 19 years or under. In addition, the script or story must have been written or devised by young people aged 19 and under and young people must have been involved in using the camera and sound equipment and been involved in the editing process for the production.

10 minutes maximum length, fiction / animation / documentary ... send as a DVD.

Documentary: two categories - Upto 14 years old and 15 -19 years old

Fiction: two categories - Upto 14 years old and 15 -19 years old
