The competition was launched in 2007 as part of the Port's community engagement programme.
This year's theme is 'The River and what it means to me' Separate category for under 16 year-olds. Both categories can enter up to 3 films. Films must be up to one minute long, have a good story structure, show originality and reflect your views of the river.
No entry fee.
