10. | WORDS OF DECEPTION Kristian Digby (Devon) A powerful and moving autobiographical account about dyslexia which looks back at how the 17-year-old maker was treated at school, particularly prior to his diagnosis at 16. Excellent computer graphics and animation give a taste of what it is like to be dyslexic - words, letters and numbers become confused and, as the maker puts it, '. . .move and dance around on the page'. Guernsey Lily 1995; BAVA Trophy, Best Experimental Video 1994 Master tapes donated by WV Publications. |
