IAC International Competition entries from Canada and the USA, first shown in mini-cinemas at the London International Amateur Film Festival (LIAFF) 1985.

1. THIS ENGLAND - A PORTRAIT OF COVENTRY Derek Kemp (Canada)
Born in Coventry in 1945, the film-maker emigrated to Canada in 1965. Made on a return visit to his home in 1978, this is dedicated to the memory of his father who died in 1982.

2. THE DUCK FILM Charles Matthau, University of S. California (USA)
A witty, deceptively simple and charmingly inventive cameo, full of well-observed sight-gags. The hunter discovers to his cost that he is the one being hunted.
