YOUTH & JUNIOR COMPILATION : IAC 1993

Four Youth entries and one Junior entry from the IAC International Film and Video Competition 1993, three of which were first shown during the movie 93 weekend, April 9-11, 1993, at St. Ermin's Hotel, London. Second Chance and The Jaunt were not screened at the Festival.

A little girl, trying to help her mother, gets home with the shopping but comes to grief and telephones for help.

2. SECOND CHANCE
The Film & Drama Workshop (Downham Market)
A young schoolgirl is knocked down and killed. She comes back as a ghost to warn another girl (who is the only one who can see and hear her) that she must improve her behaviour and her studies.

While waiting to go to the planet Mars, a father tells his family about the invention of 'The Jaunt' - a method of teleportation - and what happens when a family like them go on it. Based on a short story by Stephen King.
