KELIBIA 2003

International Amateur festival of Kelibia - 26th July - 2nd August 2003

FIFAK is a cinema event organised by the Tunisian Federation of Amateur Filmmakers with the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Advertising and with the support of the authorities of Kélibia and Nabeul.

The aims of FIFAK consist of:

  • Encouraging the promotion and distribution of amateur films.
  • Allowing the exchange of amateur film-makers' experiences especially through debates on the participating films.
  • Facilitating contacts between different national cultures.

FIFAK includes the following:

1. Official competition

2. School films competition

3. National Competition

4. Information section

5. A tribute to militant cinema

6. A tribute to African short films

7. The shorts of famous film-makers

8. Symposia and debates about amateur films.

An entry form should include a photo of the director and a photo from the shoot.
