non-professional film and video makers from Slovakia,
as well as from abroad.
- It is fully international and held for the first time
under the auspices of UNICA.
- It is open to all non-commercial films and videos.
Competition entries will be subject to pre-selection.
Only work meeting the topical orientation of the

Exceptions are subject to jury's approval.
- By his/her signature the author grants NOC the right

purposes.
- Part of the TATRA CHAMOIS competition viewing will
also be an analytical evaluation seminar. Authors registered
for the competition whose work passed the pre-selection
can take part in the event with accommodation expenses
covered by the organisers. Anyone else interested can
take part in the competition event on their own expenses.
The entry fee for each filmmaker is 0 EUR
