UNICA : AUSTRIA 1998
In its second year back in the UNICA competition, the IAC entries representing
the UK (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) once again had resounding success,
winning two medals - including one of only two Gold Medals awarded. The ten-day
conference with representatives from 31 countries, was held in the Zillertal
Valley in the town of Mayrhofen in the Austrian Tyrol.

Omid Nooshin (Surrey)
'Life is a game', says the commentator at the start of this film. And although
the story centres around a group of youngsters, there's a lot more to it
than that! This is a really tense thriller, where all the elements seem to
'gel' perfectly - the acting, camerawork, lighting, editing, sound, and music
(specially composed by David Perkins and Omid Nooshin) - everything, in fact!
The director also co-wrote and co-produced. How gratifying to learn that
the British Council has taken up this film for world-wide distribution!
Widescreen format.
