4. AFTER THE DUST HAS SETTLED

David Moore began a charity project in Southend after he heard a speaker talking about the effects of the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster in Belarus. The idea is to provide assistance for poor children to stay with families in the Summer in this country when the dust level is higher in their own (and therefore more damaging).

He becomes more and more suspicious of the older man and what he is up to ...
