A retired naval commander (David Walker) lives with his daughter, Jessica (Zoe Pettinger), but since his wife died, he is cantankerous and finds it difficult to adapt to modern ways. Then he receives a letter from his son, Paul (Matthew Johnson) saying that he will be arriving later that day with his girlfriend, Anna (Heidi Cook). The film shows how things work out ...
