There is no entry fee. The films should be totally silent but can have subtitles or intertitles in English or Croatian.

Send entries on DVD and complete the online form (application) on their website. You can also put the film on Vimeo and let them know where to find it or send it via DropBox. If your film is chosen you will be invited to the event. The festival takes place in Trešnjevka Cultural Centre, Park Stara Trešnjevka 1, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia. Note that DVDs will not be returned.

There appear to be no time or theme limitations.

So what silent films do you have ... or films which could work if you removed the soundtrack? The Festival’s organisers will provide a sound accompaniment to each film which will offer the audience a special experience.
