1. | DUNCAN GUTHRIE : A VERY FUNNY MAN A would-be comedian Duncan Guthrie (Gordon McPherson) tells us that he has a gift for comedy. His agent (Alasdair Corrigall) is happy to go along with this - and 'allow' his client £25 per week! Duncan's granny (Ina Grant) has her own opinion - and lets him know it!! When we see Duncan rehearsing we are able to make up our own minds. Well scripted with good performances. Made in 1990 |

2. | NORMAN LOVE : BURGLAR Self-confessed burglar Norman Love (Ronald Cromar) tells us about his trade and his lifestyle. Also, we hear from his colleague-in-crime Murdo Baxter (Chris Leslie), with additional details from a former safe-cracker Archie Meldrum (Bill Thain); Norman's accountant Roger Dunbar (Norman Edwardson); his house-keeper Edith Parker (Mary Catto) and an elderly friend Beatrice Allan (Margaret Cromar). If it weren't for the cast list it would be easy to believe these were real people - a tribute to the performances, the script and the direction.
