The timing and arrangements are similar each year.

The Toti Film Festival takes place in Maribor, Slovenia. It is organised by the Maribor Film and Video Club. Many film enthusiasts will know the club's video logo and distinctive theme tune from the opening of films by Franc Kopic.

Topics: All non-commercial video-films are qualified to participate at the festival. Maximum length 20 minutes. Entries are accepted in NTSC or PAL on miniDV, DVD, HD on miniDV.
Categories: animated cartoon, fiction, documentary, experimental, juvenile films (by people up to 18 years old).
