Grand Final Festival in Los Angeles: 1-3 May 2015.

Originally the major international festival for non-commercial film in Armenia, organised by the Armenian equivalent of the IAC, the festival now involves editions at home and in Los Angeles.

The festival is for films up to 30 minutes long.  Any subject. Films can be submitted from the cinema institutes, film major students from universities, film clubs, organizations and film festival of non-commercial movies or individually.

All non-English language films must have English subtitles. Films will be published on the official NOFI website during the process of preselecting. Film’s copies qualified for the NOFI Festival remain in the organizers archives and become in their possession. NOFI does not profit from the film screening of these films. The 2013 Yerevan festival itself sounded great fun with outings to picturesque and historical parts of the country - including Mount Arrarat. The festival has arranged reduced rates in hotels for delegates.

The submission fee for each film is 15 euro, which applies to NOFI preliminary festival in Armenia and 25 euro for NOFI Los Angeles final. If the films get high scores in Armenia , then participation in Los Angeles is free of charge.
